Return/Replacement

  1. Exchanges Period:
    - Exchanges are accepted within 2 days of delivery.Exchanged product will be delivered in 6-8 days.
    - The items must be in new, unused condition.

    2. Process:
    - To initiate an exchange, contact us and provide proof photos of the products.
    - Exchange charges will be charges if applicable.
    - Pickup will happen in 2-3 days
    -Upon return to warehouse, your exchange order will be shipped.
    -UNBOXING VIDEO is mandatory for any claim 

    3. Conditions Applicable for Exchange:

    - SALE orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable
    - Shades and accessories ordered are non-exchangeable and non-returnable.
    - If the received product matches the order but doesn't fit the new look , exchange is chargeable.

    4. Cancellations:

    -SALE orders can not be cancelled
    - Contact us if you wish to cancel your order.
    - If the order has already shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

    5. Refunds:
    - Refunds are not offered; only exchanges are available.
